Key information
Green tools are our general-use tools. These have either been demonstrated or explained in your New Member Induction, or are safe for use after a demonstration by a technician. Always ask a member of staff before using any green tools for the first time, or if you are not sure how to use these safely.
Cook, reheat and defrost a wide variety of foods with simple manual controls to set time and power level. This is a super heavy-duty commercial microwave featuring 5 power levels. Its dual magnetron microwave distribution combine to provide a power output of 1850W meaning that food is cooked much faster, more evenly and can be served in less time than with a domestic microwave. It has a large capacity 26 litre 2/3 gastronorm cooking area.
