Tool training: Wood Lathe

This 2 hour induction will show you how to operate the wood lathe safely. We will cover: • How this machine works and best practice for use • Parts of the lathe • Tools and what they do • Dangers and safe operations • Basic turning operations e.g. pole turning using a four prong drive centre
