Experimental Kitchen Member Project Session

This is 2.5-hour booked Member Project session in the Experimental Kitchen, which includes time for cleaning and packing away.
These sessions will be booked in for you following a Triage consultation and a Kitchen Area Training session.
What to expect
You will have planned your project by the time this session is booked, but member project activities can range from carrying out a specific research project, trying out a new process or kitchen tool, experimenting with recipes or flavours, or simply improving your kitchen skills with the support of a technician.
The space enables activities that aren’t possible elsewhere at UCL or at home due to space, food safety, or technical guidance.
