We are busy digitising all 2600+ materials in our collection, but this is a work in progress. Stay tuned as we add new samples, new images and new stories.
In the meantime, check out the hundreds of materials that are already live on our digital catalogue: from glasses made by lightning striking silica-rich soil (fulgurite) and blood-like magnetic liquids (ferrofluid) to plastic-like materials made from compacted sardine and salmon scales (fish scale plastic) and berries that can be used as a detergent (soap nuts).
