Description
This hard and readily-sharpenable Damascus steel traditionally gains its distinctive rippling patterns as various layers of steel with different levels of carbon in them are folded over, intertwined and laminated together by the blacksmith. This particular piece of Damascus steel, however, is made by powder metallurgy.
