Claudia Toma

Claudia is on secondment from the Bartlett School of Architecture workshops (B-made) in UCL. She trained in sculpture, obtaining a BA Art & Design from the University of Leeds, before moving to London to study Prop Making at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art. After graduating, Claudia worked as a fabricator in various creative industries before joining UCL. She has a broad skill set but is most interested in ceramics, glasswork, mould-making and casting. Claudia is enthusiastic and loves helping people gain confidence and realise their creative ideas through hands-on experimentation. Since joining UCL, Claudia has enjoyed working with the UCL East Schools Engagement Team to teach on a number of outreach projects, including the National Saturday Club and the UCL Holiday Club.
