Ahilan has a background in theatre design and architectural model making and joins the workshop team from Central Saint Martins having worked as a technician in the 3D fabrication workshops supporting students working in wood, plastics, metals and digital fabrication. His interests lie in how traditional analogue tools and techniques along with digital processes can be articulated together to shape and form material. For pleasure & well being, he also rides a motorcycle at the weekends.
