Tasty spoons and drinkable clouds: the art of engineering

Tasty spoons and drinkable clouds: the art of engineering

Wednesday 05 December 2012 5:45pm - 10:00pm

The Royal Academy of Engineers, Prince Philip House, 3 Carlton House Terrace, London SW1Y 5DG.

On Wednesday the 5th December our very own Mark Miodownik will be co-hosting an evening of culinary revelations from the cusp of the arts and sciences. Along with David Edwards, founder and director of The Laboratory at Harvard University and Le Laboratoire in Paris, he will be exploring the impact that creative engineering can have on our daily lives through the medium of cocktails enclosed in their own skins, food that can be inhaled, and cutlery that can alter the flavour of our food.
